Refund & Return Policy

BYOMEE is responsible to refund based on following points.

 

  •  If the product is not damaged.

 

  • In case of claims on missing items/leakage/breakage or damage/incorrect product an unboxing video is mandatory with the original packaging.

  • In case of a refund to be claimed, kindly contact customer care at yourcare@byomee.com along with intended videos, images related the claim with subject line "Refund For Order ID".

  • In case if the order is marked as delivered and is not received by customer, please contact customer care at yourcare@byomee.com within 3 days of the product being delivered. No claim for refund shall be entertained after this period.

 

  • The amount of refund does not include the delivery charges as they are non-refundable by delivery partners

  • A claim of refund shall be made within 24 hours of order delivery.

  • If claim is accepted, refund may take up to 15 days for processing from the day of refund acceptance by BYOMEE.

 

  • BYOMEE will provide all the details with relevant screenshots along with the transaction id once the refund is initiated.

Return Policy

In case of damaged product delivery such as broken, missing item, damaged due to transit a refund/exchange will be initiated post internal process and subject to refund policies as mentioned above.

Cancellation Policy

An order will be eligible for cancellation policy before its dispatch from warehouse & upon cancellation, payment gateway charges of 2.5% will be deducted. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched from our warehouse. A refund for paid orders shall be credited to the original payment account within 15 days of cancellation acceptance.
